DESCRIPTION
Introducing our Eye Pad Heat or Chill Pouch, crafted from double-layered European linen and filled with organic lavender and flaxseed. Ease strain and tension with this versatile remedy.
For heating, microwave for 30 seconds, agitate, then heat for another 30 seconds (max 1 minute), or warm on a radiator. For chilling, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Follow the safety guide on the packaging label, and keep the pouch hydrated during heating to avoid fabric scorching. Each pouch is unique due to handmade printing. Our compostable packaging is made from recycled materials.

INSTRUCTIONS & CARE
To heat: fold the pouch and microwave on full power for 1 minute, then agitate the filling before heating for another minute (max 2 minutes).
To chill: refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or store in the fridge or freezer.
Please follow the heating and chilling guide on the packaging label for safety. Adjust heating time for higher wattage appliances.
